Nancy Talaga Obituary
June 18, 1937 - May 17, 2017
Resided in Bay City, MI
On August 27, 1960, Nancy married Ronald Talaga. He survives her along with their four children: Cheryl (John) Baker of Freeland, Jeffrey (Beth) Talaga of Freeland, Chris Talaga of Mattawan, MI., and Bryan (Whitney) Talaga of Lake Orion, MI.; nine grandchildren: Emily, Caleb and Anna Baker, Caroline and Samuel Talaga, Cooper Talaga, Charlie, Phoebe and Piper Talaga; brother: Blake (Connie) Hebner of Essexville; several nieces, nephews, godchildren and special friends.
Nancy dedicated her life to GIVING, through her kindness and loving generosity to anyone who crossed her path. She loved unconditionally, and lived her life with an unwavering faith in God. Her level of kindness, is the kind that taught the rest of us valuable lessons in life about compassion and giving back to this world in any way possible. Nancy had a God giving talent of striking up conversations with anyone in her presence. She always aimed to make others around her feel more comfortable and important. Nancy loved her family with all her heart and soul. There was nothing she would not do for her husband, children, or grandchildren. When asked, she would always rise to the occasion. She had a special and unique place in her heart for each of her grandchildren and focused on each of their daily lives and activities. Nancy enjoyed relaxing with prayer, visiting with friends and neighbors, reading, playing the piano, singing, cooking, and conquering the daily paper crossword puzzles.
