Death has taken away someone you love. You hurt and you wonder if you can survive this loss. Just as we all experience love differently, we also experience grief and loss differently. This is a natural reaction and it takes effort to continue to live without that special someone in our life. That is the reason the grief process is called "grief work"…..And it is through the grieving process that we are able to heal.
